Professional Experience:
I retired in 1998 from a 30 year career in Federal Law Enforcement involving, among other duties, the investigation of fraud, waste and abuse against the Government. That experience included involvement in the acquisition, renovation and/or restoration of major government owned facilities. I discovered my background is a perfect fit for a second career representing buyers and sellers of real estate and protecting everyone's interests.

Immediately upon retiring, I became licensed as a real estate salesperson in the State of Washington. Because of my wide circle of friends, colleagues, and sphere of influence my real estate business began to flourish. While I hold a BA in Business Administration, my commitment to ongoing education and to providing the best in client service is evidenced by obtaining my Managing Broker's license in 2005, and to my continuing education as stated herein.

Because of the current economic situation facing the real estate industry, I committed to learning about foreclosure alternatives to help buyers and sellers in this complex arena. In 2010, I obtained a certificate as a "Foreclosure Alternatives Consultant" and in 2011, I obtained another certificate from Rockwell Real Estate School in "Managing Short Sales for Buyers and Sellers," a 30 clock hour classroom and lecture course. Then in February, 2011, I earned the "Certified Distressed Property Expert" (CDPE) certification which is recognized by the State of Washington for continuing education.
